I usually have a few hanging planters on the front porch to liven things up a bit. For 1999, I have some very nice petunias, shown above, and some white wax begonias, shown below.
I usually have three planters on the front porch; the third has dahlias.
The begonias are also attractive to butterflies!
I've set up three planters on the front porch for 2000. The first two have petunias, the third wax begonias.
Being from the "what the heck!" school of gardening, I couldn't resist another small flat of these amazing blue-veined petunias, so I set up a fourth planter on the front porch.
The striped petunias are doing very well!
With the danger of frost over in 2001, I've planted up the front porch planters. The window box and and one hanging planter have these beautiful striped petunias.
